Diliara Tukhvatullina is an award-winning opera and contemporary singer, musical theatre director, and internationally recognized music educator known for her distinctive vocal timbre, artistic versatility, and captivating stage presence.
She began her musical training as a pianist before pursuing professional vocal studies and graduating with honors from the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov. She further refined her artistry through advanced opera studies and international masterclasses, including training at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW).
Throughout her career, Diliara has performed leading roles in numerous opera productions, including The Circus Princess, Arshin Mal Alan, Khoja Nasreddin, and The Barber of Seville. Her artistic achievements have been recognized through multiple prestigious awards, including First Prize at the International Festival of Tatar Song named after R. Vagapov, First Prize at the International Competition of Young Singers Tatar Mon, and First Place at the 50th All-Russian Competition of Vocal Graduates in Saint Petersburg.
From 2023 to 2025, Diliara lived and worked in Los Angeles under the prestigious United States Extraordinary Ability (O-1) visa. Alongside her performing career, she directed and staged major musical theatre productions including The Wizard of Oz, Shrek, and Cinderella, working with young performers and helping bring large-scale productions to the stage.
As a performer, she has collaborated with renowned conductors, appeared at major international events and governmental ceremonies, and recorded Puccini's iconic aria Un bel dì vedremo for the trailer of 2K Games' globally anticipated Mafia franchise.
I want every child to know that music is not only something to learn, but something to enjoy. Through music, they can build confidence, express themselves, and discover that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
Today, through Diliara Music Academy, she combines professional music training, creativity, performance, and mentorship to inspire the next generation of musicians around the world.
